What it does
Write the sets down. Get the next session.
Type a note with the lift, weight and reps. Check the parsed sets before saving. Your original note stays in History. Bench: 45 x 9, 8, 8 is a note it reads.
Today
A suggestion from your own lifts.
Today suggests two isolations, one compound and one big lift. It uses your logged movements and their recent history. Skip a suggestion or choose another lift. Missing categories stay empty, and the app does not invent exercises for you.
Progress
The numbers come from your notes.
Progress shows numbers from your dated notes. The big-lift target suggests a load or rep count using fixed rules. Both come with the one-time unlock.
Where it lives
In this browser, not in an account.
There is no account or cloud backup. Your workout data stays in this browser, and Last Set does not collect or transmit workout or usage data. Open it online once and let the app cache its files. It then works offline in the same browser. Clearing browser data removes your notes, so download a backup from History.
Status
Released.
Last Set is out. Use the full app for a 10-workout trial. After that, a one-time unlock of $10 USD opens Progress and the big-lift target. Logging, History, import and export stay free.
